Why do you avoid the question on how to reset pin? Please make that option available to us. We cannot, in this digital age walk to the bank just for pin reset. I have tried to reset my pin at Tech Junction branch for over 2yrs without success. What kind of whack system is this? I only want to reset my pin. Just that!
