Mr. Eazi formally Known as Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade was born in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. His primary and secondary education was done in Lagos, Nigeria. He then moved to Ghana in the Year 2006 to further his education at the tertiary level at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, in Kumasi, Ghana where he had his degree in Mechanical engineering. Mr. Eazi decided to stay in Ghana due to the passion and love he had for the country.

He first started as a promoter by looking for the biggest artists and bringing them to Ghana to improve their music, but the scene got bigger and the recognition of African music was widespread and since he also had a talent for music he decided to get himself involved in music.

His first single “Pipi Dance” which was recorded for free in the studio of Producers PeeWee and KluMonsta. He continued to record a mixtape in the same studio, called “About To Blow” which was produced mostly by KluMonsta. He then released another hit ‘Bankulize’ which featured the Fanti Rapper Pappy Kojo. It paved a way for Mr. Eazi giving him a lot of shine and popularity and allowing him to work with bigger artists.

After that, He released another hit ‘Skin Tight’ featuring Efya. This track became popular not only in Ghana but Nigeria as well with over a million views on Youtube. He didn’t stop there, he also released ‘Hollup’, which reached almost 2 million views on Youtube at the time of writing. He has collaborated with famous Ghanaian Musicians, such as Sarkodie, Efya, Papy Kojo and Joey B.

In the year 2016, Mr. Eazi found himself not part of any nominees the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards because he’s not a Ghanaian citizen.

He didn’t stop there, he also released ‘Hollup’, which reached almost 2 million views on Youtube at the time of writing. He has collaborated with famous Ghanaian Musicians, such as Sarkodie, Efya, Papy Kojo and Joey B. In the year 2016, Mr. Eazi found himself not part of any nominees the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards because he’s not a Ghanaian citizen.

But his luck shined when WizKid officially announced him as a new member of the Starboy record label in May 2016. He then released his first studio album in July “Life is Eazi”. He held his first ever “Life is Eazi” concert in Lagos which was held at Landmark Event Centre on December 21, 2016.

Mr. Eazi has been the breakout Nigerian artist of 2016, with hard work and a sequence of hit songs making him recognized and loved in the hearts of millions around the world. Starting his music from neighboring country, Ghana, the young artist has become a force leading Nigerian Music in another direction.
